Sitonyourassitis (sit-on-your-ass-itis) afflicts us all at one point in time or another. For many, the New Year provides a catalyst through which we seek to resolve this predicament and build some momentum towards getting things done. One to two weeks in to the year, we’ll see we started out with gusto, made a moderate amount of progress but then by week three, as statistics have shown, we abandon our resolution and return to our seated positions.
