      In 2002, Jonathan started ESW in his one-bedroom apartment. He picked up a few skills working at an advertising agency but after that, he felt it was time to put his business/art degree to good use and venture out on his own. His passion for design and front end-development has been a value to the company's success. He believes that respect of the craft, understanding of people and the passion for good design can make any company look like a million bucks. There's nothing that makes Jonathan more happy than midnight creative collaborations, bunny-hopping his BMX or teaching kids the classic guitar strummings of Saul Hudson.

      • John Chimmy - Studio Manager

      Chimmy was headed towards the glum world of computer programming when he traded Engineering for Business at CSULB. There he'd learn all he ever needed to know while working at the Computer Lab. He spent countless nights alone, revisiting his love for talking to computers with integers, and booleans. He discovered later how to work color and imagery, inspiring him to create his first blog in 2001. Today he continues to apply programming logic to keep Eat.Sleep.Work. running like a well-oiled computer application.

      • Chrissie Canino - Art Director

      Unofficial 'Mayor of El Segundo,' Chrissie is our resident local. With a B.A. in Film Studies from UC Santa Barbara, she got into Graphic Design seeking refuge from the world of Hollywood. She became the first official hire of ESW, Inc. in 2007 and led the charge to move the operation to El Segundo so she could be a mile from home. Random fact: Chrissie's mom, Rosalie Fiorante, was Miss El Segundo in 1961.

      • roxy radulescu - Graphic Designer

      Roxy hails from the cornfield-full midwest. After graduating from Illinois State University with a B.A. in Graphic Design, she came to Los Angeles to fulfill her creative urges. Roxy is passionate about new projects and working in a team. She makes posters, plays in three local L.A. bands, and dabbles in photography, video, and animation. Her favorite superhero is Spider-Man.

      Eric is a California native, born in Paramount raised in Cerritos. Furthered his education at San Diego State University and The Art Institute of California - San Diego. After graduating Eric did some freelance graphic design then was hired by Scientific Resource Surveys to head their graphics department. Eric enjoys his free time snowboarding with family, playing basketball with friends and thinking of the next big idea.

      Born in Morristown, New Jersey, Freddie moved to Los Angeles in 2000, and attended Whittier College. He graduated with a BA in Business and minor in Philosophy and started his professional career as a Marketing Manager at American Apparel. Since then, Freddie has turned his passion for design toward all communication mediums and is now a full-time front-end web developer.

      • Amber Hullibarger - Admin Assistant

      Amber graduated from California State University, Long Beach in December 2010 with a B.A. in Psychology. Taking courses in Human Behavior and Industrial-Organized Psychology gave her a desire to break into the world of Human Resources. She is currently developing her administrative skills and HR experience at ESW, Inc.
