ESW was founded in 2005 as a small design studio. Over the years, we’ve evolved into a full-service marketing agency. Our roots and culture are still very much a small shop vive but today we are working with Fortune 500 companies and enterprise businesses. We’re excited about our joint-venture with Boulder, Inc., a Los Angeles based video production firm to help launch our video and motion graphics side of the business.
ESW got to where we are today by simply CARING. Caring about the quality of our work, our clients and their successes, and the people around us including the team, our vendors and everyone that we have a touchpoint with. We touch lives through our work and it’s always been important to us to do so with intention and care.
Of course we faced challenges in starting and growing our agency. Financial stress during the recession. We stuck together as a team and really pulled through. Like my previous statement about people being the most important factor in our business, its a shared mindset, sharing short term and long term goals. When everyone is on the same page, working together towards common goal, there is a lot less room for error. And we made some errors early on, but because we had that communication and trust within our team, we were able to overcome them quickly and move forward. Thats what I think has been key to our success.
